Job summary

iContracting Group in Western Australia is seeking a Site Supervisor Civils to lead day-to-day site operations on civil earthworks and mining projects, reporting to the Project Manager. This FIFO role from Perth offers an excellent salary package, strong pipeline of work, and potential career progression to a Project Manager position, with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within civil, mining, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and leading site personnel, subcontractors and plant operators.
• Planning and coordinating daily construction activities.
• Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity.
• Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections.
• Maintaining project records, reporting progress and communicating with project stakeholders.
• Assisting with planning, programming and resolving onsite issues.
• Building positive relationships with clients, suppliers and your project team.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor Civils reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within civil, mining, or infrastructure projects
• Full S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification essential
• DEMIRS Certificate essential
• Relevant trade, civil, or mining qualifications or extensive field experience
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence manual
• White Card essential
• First Aid & CPR preferred
• Relevant plant or machinery tickets advantageous
• TAE Qualification highly regarded
• Strong background in civil earthworks essential
• Experience supporting exploration or resource definition teams highly regarded
• Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in site reporting and basic computer systems (e.g. MS Office, project reporting tools)
