iContracting Group is seeking an experienced Dozer, Excavator and Loader Operator to support our Civils Project in Western Australia. You will work on embankment construction, level adjustments, and lifts on challenging sites.

This role offers a 2/1 roster, day shifts, top-tier facilities, and a project incentive package. Applicants should thrive in a site-based environment and prioritise safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy earthmoving equipment (Dozer/Loader).
• GPS experience is essential for grade control and mapping.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, teamwork and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Operate Dozer, Excavator and Loader to perform civil earthworks tasks.
• Support Civils Project on site and contribute to safe, efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all activities.

• Able to construct embankment, push out levels and build lifts
• Experience operating D9, D8 & D9 Cat Dozer
• Experience operating Loader & IT
• GPS Experience - essential
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality outcomes
• Ability to thrive in a site-based environment
