Job summary

EIRE Constructions in Denman, NSW is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities across water and transport infrastructure projects. You will work with the site team to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and regulations.

The role emphasizes coordinating with engineers, managing resources, conducting toolbox talks, and maintaining accurate site records while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure installation.
• Ability to read civil construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities on site to meet project plans.
• Ensure work progresses per schedule and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, engineers, and suppliers to resolve site issues.
• Manage resources, including labour and equipment, for productivity.
• Induct and train site staff on safety procedures and PPE use.
• Prepare and deliver pre-start meetings and lookahead schedules.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and incident documentation.
