Job summary

EIRE Constructions is seeking a Site Supervisor in New South Wales to oversee daily construction activities at the project site, coordinating with the site team to keep work safe, on schedule and compliant with plans and specs.

You will supervise subcontractors, manage resources, maintain documentation, run pre-start meetings, and uphold safety protocols across water and infrastructure projects. NSW regulatory familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and stormwater installation.
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specs.
• Proven experience coordinating and supervising site teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Engineer/Manager with coordinating site works and subcontracted activities.
• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities to align with project plans.
• Ensure work progress follows schedules and milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineers, and Site Manager to resolve site issues.
• Manage resources including labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors for productivity.
• Ensure timely deliveries of materials and maintain equipment and site facilities.
