Job summary

EIRE Constructions is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on civil infrastructure projects in New South Wales. You will coordinate site teams, manage resources, safety, and quality to deliver works in line with contract specifications.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Engineers and Operations Manager to ensure plans are followed, progress tracked, and site paperwork completed accurately and on time, while upholding our safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure installation.
• Experience reading civil construction plans and specifications.
• Ability to supervise diverse site teams and subcontractors.
• Proven track record in safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure works are carried out on schedule and in line with contract plans.
• Promote safety with toolbox talks and strict PPE use.
• Maintain documentation: daily reports, progress updates, and incidents.
• Plan 4-week look-ahead schedules with Project Manager and Engineers.
• Manage resources, including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Engineers and Site Manager on issues.
• Induct and train site staff to ensure competency and safety.
