Job summary

EIRE Constructions is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities across water and civil infrastructure projects in Denman, NSW. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to contract specifications.

• Experience in civil construction on water infrastructure projects.
• Ability to coordinate site activities and manage safety.
• Ability to interpret civil plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site construction works with Project Engineer/Manager and subcontractors.
• Supervise daily construction activities ensuring progress per schedule.
• Enforce safety protocols including toolbox talks and incident reporting.
• Manage resources: labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and communicate 4-week look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
