Job summary

Angel Home Constructions PTY LTD in Williamstown, VIC, invites a Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day residential project delivery. You will work closely with our Project Managers and Director, coordinating trades, suppliers and clients to ensure on-time handovers.

The role requires strong knowledge of residential construction methods, the ability to read drawings, and a proactive, organised approach to planning ahead and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage residential projects from start to handover.

• Perform regular quality and workmanship inspections.
• Identify and manage defects before next trade starts.

• Maintain clean, organised, professional sites.

As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of residential projects, working closely with our Project Managers, Director, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Managing residential projects from commencement through to handover
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
• Programming works and planning 2-4 weeks ahead
• Maintaining project timelines and identifying potential delays early
• Conducting regular quality and workmanship inspections
• Identifying and managing defects before the next trade commences
• Reading and interpreting architectural, structural and construction drawings
• Ensuring trades are working to drawings, specifications and required standards
• Maintaining clean, organised and professional sites
• Managing site safety and compliance requirements

About you

• Has experience with custom or high-end residential homes
• Has strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
• Can confidently read and interpret construction drawings
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple trades and priorities
• Plans ahead rather than constantly reacting to problems
• Is confident having difficult conversations when standards aren't being met
• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Is reliable, accountable and takes initiative
