Job summary

SEEK site supervisor role in Blacktown, NSW, overseeing a $10M commercial project from inception to handover. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate trades, read plans, and ensure WH&S compliance under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.

SEEK requires a carpentry background or a Construction Management Degree, at least 10 years of site supervision experience, and strong Procore-based document control and leadership abilities.

$10M project from start to completion
$180,000 – $200,000 plus super

About the role

Thisposition has arisen due to continual growth and recent projects won. You will be working alongside an excellent Senior Project Manager and will be managing an experienced site team.

You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities such as site set out, reading plans, managing and coordinating the trades, ordering materials and making sure all WH&S standards are adhered to.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for theperformance and delivery on site to ensure successful delivery of projects.

You will be delivering a $10M Commercial project from start to completion.

The requirements
