Job summary

Epic Build Construction Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead construction site activities. The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors, and ensuring work aligns with drawings, specs, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience in building construction, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, logistics and deliverables on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in building construction.
• Demonstrated experience supervising construction sites and coordinating building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, sequencing and site operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and construction resources.
• Sound understanding of Australian building regulations, construction standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and construction documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction sites and organising, coordinating and managing the material, labour and subcontractor resources required for the successful delivery of construction projects.
