Job summary

Malo Civil and Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team to lead Detailed Excavation, Tilt Panels, Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete FRP works across civil and commercial projects. You will provide on-site leadership, coordinate daily activities, ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, and collaborate with Project Managers to drive project outcomes.

You will manage on-site activities, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, plan ahead for labour

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil/construction supervision.
• Experience with FRP structural works.
• Ability to plan, coordinate labour and materials.
• Strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, labour and site operations.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with client procedures, project standards and site requirements.
• Monitor quality, workmanship and compliance with approved scopes, drawings and specifications.
• Plan ahead to ensure labour, materials and resources are coordinated to maintain project progress.
• Liaise effectively with Project Managers, other trades and contractors to resolve issues and support successful project delivery.
• Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions to minimise delays.
• Take ownership of site deliverables and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and programme requirements.
