Job summary

Malo Civil and Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead FRP structural works across civil and commercial projects in Far North Queensland. You will coordinate daily on-site activities, manage labour and resources, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

The role requires proven civil/construction experience with FRP works, strong leadership and the ability to drive project delivery under pressure.

Qualifications

Proven experience in civil/commercial construction, with FRP structural works.
Strong leadership to motivate and guide site teams.
Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, labour and site operations.
Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with client procedures and site requirements.
Monitor quality, workmanship and compliance with drawings and specifications.
Plan ahead to coordinate labour, materials and resources to maintain progress.
Liaise with Project Managers, trades and contractors to resolve issues and support delivery.
Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions to minimise delays.
Take ownership of site deliverables and maintain focus on safety, quality, productivity and programme requirements.
