Loftus Contracting Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our Gladstone team. You will oversee day-to-day civil construction activities, lead crews, coordinate resources and subcontractors, and drive a strong safety and quality culture on site.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will deliver projects safely, on schedule and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent client relationships and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Civil Construction or Building sector (commercial).
• Ability to lead and direct a team.
• Driver’s licence and construction white card.
• 5 years experience in similar role.

About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of civil construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. You will take a hands-on approach to leading crews, coordinate resources and subcontractors, and drive a strong safety and performance culture while maintaining excellent client relationships.
