Job summary

Malo Civil and Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead FRP structural works across civil and commercial projects in Far North Queensland. You will coordinate daily on-site activities, manage labour and resources, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

The role requires proven civil/construction experience with FRP works, strong leadership and the ability to drive project delivery under pressure.

Malo Civil and Construction is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is focused on the delivery of Formwork, Reinforcement and Concrete (FRP) structural works across civil and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will provide strong on-site leadership, coordinate daily activities and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities, labour and site operations.

Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with client procedures, project standards and site requirements.

Monitor quality, workmanship and compliance with approved scopes, drawings and specifications.

Plan ahead to ensure labour, materials and resources are coordinated to maintain project progress.

Liaise effectively with Project Managers, other trades and contractors to resolve issues and support successful project delivery.

Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions to minimise delays.

Take ownership of site deliverables and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and programme requirements.

About you

Proven experience within the civil and commercial construction industry, particularly in FRP structural works.
