Job summary

Downer Logan Water is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil to lead a multi-project program in Logan City. You will guide site teams, supervise subcontractors and coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to keep delivery on track.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil construction projects in water/wastewater environments.
• Strong background managing supervisors, subcontractors and delivery teams.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and drive accountability.
• Proven experience delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Strong understanding of civil construction activities, including bulk earthworks.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced project environment.
• A passion for leadership, mentoring and continuous improvement.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil to join our Logan Water team, leading the delivery of key water and wastewater projects across a long-term capital works program. You'll be joining a team that's known for getting things done, solving problems and delivering projects that genuinely improve communities.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day chasing paperwork from a desk.

You'll be coaching supervisors, working alongside project teams, driving site performance and helping shape how projects are delivered. You'll have the opportunity to influence construction methodologies, improve delivery practices and build a high-performing culture across multiple work fronts.
