Job summary

Downer is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor - Structural for the Logan Water team in Queensland. You will lead major structural construction works across a long-term capital program, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and mentoring the next generation of site leaders.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in water, wastewater or civil infrastructure, with reinforced concrete, formwork and steel fixing expertise, and a solid grasp of scheduling and project methodologies.

The opportunity

Big projects need strong leaders.

We're looking for a Senior Site Supervisor - Structural to join our Logan Water team, taking the lead on major structural construction works including reinforced concrete structures, formwork and steel fixing activities across a long-term capital works program.

You’ll be the person keeping crews aligned, subcontractors performing and projects moving. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors, you’ll drive safe, efficient delivery while mentoring the next generation of site leaders.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. It's for someone who enjoys being on site, solving problems, making decisions and seeing major infrastructure take shape.
