Job summary

Downer is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil in Logan to lead crews delivering water infrastructure projects. You will guide site teams, coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards, with a focus on safety and quality.

This role involves mentoring supervisors, shaping delivery methodologies, and building a high-performing culture across multiple work fronts in a long-term capital works program within Logan Water.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil construction projects within water and/or wastewater environments.
• Proven ability to manage supervisors, subcontractors and delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and drive accountability.
• Proven track record delivering projects safely, efficiently and to high standards.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil to join our Logan Water team, leading the delivery of key water and wastewater projects across a long-term capital works program. You'll be joining a team that's known for getting things done, solving problems and delivering projects that genuinely improve communities.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day chasing paperwork from a desk.

You'll be coaching supervisors, working alongside project teams, driving site performance and helping shape how projects are delivered. You'll have the opportunity to influence construction methodologies, improve delivery practices and build a high-performing culture across multiple work fronts.

What we're looking for

• Experience leading civil construction projects within water and/or wastewater environments
• Strong background managing supervisors, subcontractors and delivery teams
• Ability to build high-performing teams and drive accountability
• Proven experience delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Strong understanding of civil construction activities, including bulk earthworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced project environment
• A passion for leadership, mentoring and continuous improvement
