Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a site supervisor to lead a team of grain handlers at our NSW receival and out-load facility. You will support the Site Manager and Area Manager, coordinating planning, resourcing, and peak-season activities to keep grain movements efficient.

You will manage grain receivals and outloads with a strong emphasis on safety, build and maintain relationships with growers and customers, and drive local priorities across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team in a grain handling or similar environment.
• Ability to coordinate with site management and growers/customers.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
• Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
• Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner
• Developing and maintaining business relationships with growers and customers; maintaining awareness of local priorities and issues
• Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
