• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, ensuring system reliability, and optimizing performance using Dynatrace and ELK stack.
• This role requires a proactive approach to problem solving and a commitment to delivering high quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Dynatrace and ELK stack, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and enhance system capabilities.
• Document technical processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of monitoring tools and systems.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SRE and monitoring solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with Dynatrace as a monitoring and performance management tool.
• Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log management and analysis.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their monitoring tools.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience in a customer facing technical support role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in a technical support or SRE role.
• Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies are a plus.
