Job summary

Marble Group in Canberra is seeking engineers to support the delivery of infrastructure and civil engineering projects. You will drive project planning, coordinate design and documentation, and manage costs and stakeholder relationships on site.

The role requires hands-on project engineering experience, strong delivery focus, and the ability to mentor junior staff while maintaining safety and quality across projects.

• First Aid Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery from commencement to completion.
• Manage design coordination, RFIs, variations, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, reporting, and productivity.
• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Support and mentor junior engineering staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.

Job description

Due to continued growth, an established civil construction contractor is seeking Engineer's to support the delivery of infrastructure and engineering projects.

This role is suited to a motivated professional with project engineering experience in civil construction and a strong understanding of project delivery, commercial management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and delivery from commencement to completion
• Manage design coordination, RFIs, variations, and project documentation
• Monitor project costs, forecasting, reporting, and productivity
• Coordinate subcontractors, procurement, and site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements
• Support and mentor junior engineering staff
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders

Requirements
