Job summary

Chief is looking for a Senior Civil Project Manager to lead planning and delivery on Melbourne civil construction programs. You will coordinate activities, manage subcontractors and procurement, monitor costs and performance, and ensure QA and compliance across multiple projects.

You will liaise with clients and authorities, review technical documentation, and contribute to forecasting, tendering and planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in civil construction.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, construction methodologies and contract administration.
• Experience managing subcontractors and stakeholder relationships.
• Sound commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Current driver's licence.
