Job summary

SEE Group is seeking a Leading Hand for our Urban Development division in Toowoomba. This full-time role involves day-to-day supervision of people and resources, reporting to the Site Supervisor on Civil projects across the Toowoomba region.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, especially subdivision projects or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.
• Strong safety knowledge and initiative.
• Reliable, able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of crew and resources on site.
• Collaborate with Site Supervisor and urban development team.
• Ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to project delivery across Toowoomba region.

This is a We currently full-time permanent role working across projects in the Toowoomba region.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience within the civil construction industry, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.


• The ability to read and interpret plans.


• Strong safety knowledge and initiative.


• Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team.


• Have excellent communication skills.


• Current driver’s license and Construction White Card.
