Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to lead operations for a major customer within a fast-paced 3PL environment in Western Australia. You will manage a large operational team, allocate resources, and drive efficiency to meet tight deadlines.

Key strengths include proven leadership, strong relationship building with customers, and experience with warehouse operations and WMS systems (Manhattan preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience leading large operations teams in a 3PL setting.
• Proven ability to manage performance and develop staff.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Manhattan.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and drive operational excellence.

• Support, manage, and develop a large operational team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
