Job summary

Family Services Australia is seeking a Site Manager to provide operational direction and leadership for Workforce Australia Services across Gold Coast South (Robina, Burleigh, Tweed Heads, Palm Beach, Kingscliff).

You will plan, coordinate and monitor service delivery, foster relationships with employers and community groups, and coach teams to achieve high-quality outcomes while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ leadership experience in Employment Services WFA Contract.
• An understanding of the issues/challenges facing participants and employers.
• Demonstrated experience and proven success working with targets KPI's.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated exposure to challenging conversations with participants, stakeholders and employers.
• Excellent prioritisation and time management with an ability to demonstrate self-reflection, resilience, and accountability within a dynamic target orientated role.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan, organise, and monitor the site/s Workforce Australia Service.
• Build and foster strong relationships with Employers, Community Groups, Health Care Professionals and Advocacy Groups to ensure that participant receive high quality holistic support.
• Provide support, coaching and mentoring to the team across the site locations to achieve sustainable outcomes for participants; and
• Oversee and drive continuous improvement activities to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
