Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Job Coaches and InWork Support Consultants across multiple sites.
• Drive performance across ESAs, ensuring KPI targets, placement outcomes and standards are met.
• Oversee service delivery, workflow and client experience across locations.
• Ensure full contractual compliance with Employment Services requirements and audits.
• Manage financial performance including forecasting, budgeting and profitability targets.
• Recruit, induct and onboard new team members and manage performance through coaching.
