Job summary

Family Services Australia is seeking a Site Manager to lead and coordinate Workforce Australia Services across Lowood, Toogoolawah and Fernvale. You will steer operations, mentor teams, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to deliver high‑quality, client‑centred support.

The role requires at least 2–3 years in a leadership position within Employment Services, with a proven track record of meeting targets, excellent communication, and robust time management.

Qualifications

• Employment Services experience
• 2-3 years’ leadership experience
• Understanding of issues facing participants and employers
• Experience achieving targets/KPIs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Possession of a valid driver’s licence; willingness to obtain clearances
• Police clearance and working with children/vulnerable people clearances

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and monitor sites (Lowood, Toogoolawah & Fernvale)
• Build relationships with Employers, Community Groups, Health Care Professionals and Advocacy Groups to ensure high‑quality holistic support
• Provide coaching and mentoring to the team across locations
• Drive continuous improvement to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery
