Pinergy Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day construction on utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects in New South Wales. You will oversee civil, mechanical and electrical construction, testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, schedule and quality.

The role requires extensive site management experience, WHS knowledge for NSW, and the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors across regions, including remote locations.

Qualifikationen

• Mandatory: Construction, electrical, civil or engineering qualification, or substantial equivalent industry experience.
• Mandatory: White Card, Driver Licence, First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Mandatory: Strong WHS knowledge applicable to NSW construction.
• Minimum 5 years' construction/site management experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience on solar PV, BESS, substation or similar electrical infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and interfaces.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities across civil, structural, mechanical and electrical scopes.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly site work plans aligned with the project programme.
• Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials to meet targets.
• Convene daily site coordination and pre-start meetings.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship to project standards.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, method statements and ITPs.
• Maintain compliance with HSE requirements and project rules.
