Job summary

Mirrastone is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the Geelong team on volume residential builds. You will oversee the construction process from start to finish, coordinate trades and ensure OH&S compliance, delivering homes on time while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

Based in Geelong, the role offers a fully maintained company vehicle, ongoing training and a supportive team within a growing regional business.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Management experience, ideally within volume residential construction.
• Strong understanding of the residential building process.
• Ability to manage multiple builds at different stages.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine focus on quality and customer service.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while remaining part of a broader team.
• Motivated, accountable and positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction process from start to finish.
• Scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Ensuring OH&S requirements are met across sites.

• Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing excellent customer service.

We continue to grow across regional Victoria and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our Geelong team.

The opportunity

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the construction process from start to finish

• Scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors
