Job summary

Sherridon Homes, part of the Mirrastone Group, is seeking a capable Site Manager to lead Gippsland construction teams in Warragul. You will deliver quality homes, schedule trades, ensure OH&S and drive projects to meet deadlines while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, configuration of budgets, and continuous liaison with clients to ensure a positive customer experience. A strong team spirit and proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Experience in Site Management.
• Strong ability to manage the Building Process from start to finish.
• Willingness to be a team player.
• Motivated and driven.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills and a positive can-do attitude.

The Role

• Successfully deliver quality Homes for our Clients
• Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
• Ensuring OH&S obligations are met weekly
• Ensure the quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
• Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service
• Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
