Sherridon Homes, part of the Mirrastone Group, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our Gippsland team and drive quality home construction from start to finish.

You will schedule trades, oversee on-site activities, ensure OH&S compliance, manage deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service to clients while keeping projects within budget. This role offers mentorship, a company vehicle, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in site management.
• Strong ability to manage the building process from start to finish.
• You are a team player, motivated and driven.
• A customer-focused person with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Successfully deliver quality Homes for our Clients
• Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
• Ensuring OH&S obligations are met weekly
• Ensure the quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
• Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service
• Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
