Job summary

Mirrastone in Bendigo seeks a Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator to manage customer administration from build approval through site start. You will coordinate permits, drawings, and amendments while supporting finance approvals and warranty arrangements.

You’ll join a collaborative team, using internal systems to deliver a seamless customer journey and maintain accurate data across the project lifecycle.

Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator, Bendigo

We are going through huge growth in the Bendigo region.

Sherridon Homes is now seeking a Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is the perfect time to join a growing team and be part of that journey.

This role will be crucial in taking care of our customers throughout the administration of their build through to site start.

The Role

• Coordinating permits, contract drawings and drawing amendments
• Following up on finance approvals and arranging warranty insurance
• Delivering an exceptional home building journey for our customers
• Working within a close and supportive team
• Establishing strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
• Using technology, internal systems, industry knowledge and software to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining accurate data in line with the Customer Journey and Group policies and procedures
• Supporting the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers
