Sherridon Homes is recruiting Site Managers across Shepparton, Benalla, Wangaratta and Yarrawonga. You will help turn plans into homes, keeping construction moving with clients informed throughout the process.

We value practical residential construction knowledge, strong organisation, and a team mindset. Training and mentorship are provided to support your success in regional Victoria.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of residential construction.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and construction schedules
• Delivering quality homes within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining safe sites and meeting occupational health and safety requirements
• Checking workmanship throughout each stage of construction
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates
• Monitoring and controlling extra to schedule, ETS, costs
• Working closely with your Construction Manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track

Sherridon Homes is recruiting multiple Site Managers across Shepparton, Benalla, Wangaratta and Yarrawonga.

Already managing sites? Bring your experience. Ready to step into site management? Bring your practical building knowledge, positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous Site Manager experience isn’t essential, finding the right people is.

Your role

You’ll help turn plans into homes, keeping construction moving and clients informed along the way.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and construction schedules
• Delivering quality homes within agreed timeframes
• Maintaining safe sites and meeting occupational health and safety requirements
• Checking workmanship throughout each stage of construction
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing regular updates
• Monitoring and controlling extra to schedule, ETS, costs
• Working closely with your Construction Manager to resolve issues and keep projects on track
