Job summary

Mirrastone is seeking a Pre-site Construction Administrator / Customer Experience Coordinator in Bendigo to manage permits, drawings and finance follow-ups, ensuring a smooth journey for customers from administration through to site start.

You will work in a supportive team, building strong networks with stakeholders, and using internal systems to deliver a seamless customer experience while maintaining accurate data in line with policies.

Qualifications

• Building industry qualifications are highly regarded.
• Highly developed computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a large workload.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating permits, contract drawings and drawing amendments.
• Following up on finance approvals and arranging warranty insurance.
• Delivering an exceptional home building journey for our customers.
• Working within a close and supportive team.
• Establishing strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Using technology, internal systems, industry knowledge and software to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Maintaining accurate data in line with the Customer Journey and Group policies and procedures.
• Supporting the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers.
