KONE is seeking a Site Manager to lead multiple projects in Sydney from our New Building Solutions team in Mascot, NSW. You will oversee delivery, coordinate resources, and engage customers to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing project delivery at a site level.
• Contractor management experience.
• Lift industry experience highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site.
• Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process.
• Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
• Achieve KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture.
• Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others and always strives to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects.
