201 KONE Elevators Pty Ltd is seeking a Major Projects Bid Manager to join the national Major Projects team. The role supports opportunities across Australia and New Zealand, with bases in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

You will guide bid strategy, lead solution design, manage commercial and risk considerations, and coordinate diverse teams to deliver competitive bids. You will build relationships, drive value, and ensure high-quality proposals from qualification to contract award, enabling

Competenze

• 5+ years’ experience in a Bid Management role within the Construction Industry.
• Experience working within the Vertical Transport Industry is advantageous.
• Proven track record in winning multi-million-dollar (AUD) project opportunities.
• An excellent project planner, experienced in cost planning, quality management and risk management.
• Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at an executive level (internal and external customers).

• Develop KONE’s position and customer base in the market.
• Ensure development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty & satisfaction.
• Coordinate bid teams and inputs from sales, engineering, marketing, finance, legal, and operations.
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, including services in the final price.
• Track and manage risk throughout the bid process
• Contribute to and manage the written proposal and management summary.
• Manage Major Projects bid qualification (Go/No-Go).
• Manage the bid budget and cost plan.
• Ensure timely delivery of compliant, commercially sound bids.
• Arrange pre and post bid reviews with stakeholders and customers.
• Communicate with all people within KONE involved in the bid process.
• Ensure seamless transition from contract award to project execution.
