COWYN Building Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our expanding Central Coast team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to take ownership of quality construction projects within a family-owned builder with a strong reputation for delivery.

The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, programme, safety, quality and day-to-day site operations, liaising with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants and clients to maintain a productive site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in construction.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Solid commercial construction experience.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing all site-based construction activities.
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintaining programme and project milestones.
• Managing WHS, quality and site compliance.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, consultants and clients.
• Maintaining a professional, well-organised and productive site environment.
