Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for multiple projects, ensuring plans and safety compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain workmanship and timelines.
• Monitor progress and report status weekly; adjust as needed for deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct routine site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers for seamless workflow.
• Maintain site documentation including reports and compliance records.
• Promote adherence to EH&S and quality protocols and travel up to 50 km as needed.

Precise Build, a reputable and well-established construction company, is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee construction projects in the Central Coast area, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role would suit someone with a trade background looking to move into a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and be responsible for daily site operations for up to 3 projects at any given time, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, maintaining high standards of workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements. Report on project status weekly.
• Conduct routine site inspections, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including reports, work orders, and compliance records.
• Promote and enforce strict adherence to environmental, health, safety and quality protocols to protect workers and the public.
• Ability to be able to travel 50km between jobs within the Central Coast.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software, primarily Procore.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project / Word / Excel.
• Ability to set-out programmed work packages, track ongoing status and report weekly.
