You will coordinate daily site activities, supervise subcontractors, monitor safety, quality and productivity, and help with short-term programming and sequencing.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising subcontractors and trades on commercial construction sites.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervising subcontractors and trades
• Coordinating daily site activities and work fronts
• Assisting with short-term programming and sequencing
• Monitoring workmanship and quality
• Maintaining WHS, site presentation and housekeeping standards
• Coordinating deliveries, access and site logistics
• Identifying and resolving day-to-day construction issues
• Supporting the Site Manager in achieving programme and project milestones
