Trinity Petroleum is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead one of our premier retail fuel and convenience sites in Cairns. You will lead your team to deliver outstanding service, maintain high operational standards and achieve strong commercial results.

At the Spence Street site, you will also oversee the 24 hour café and fresh food offering, ensuring customers enjoy quality food in a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience in retail, convenience, hospitality, or fuel/f carcinoma retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Drive sales across fuel, convenience and food categories.
• Manage rosters, labour, stock, costs and site profitability.
• Maintain presentation, cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and company policies.

• Represent the Trinity Petroleum brand in the local community.
