Job summary

Freedom Fuels is hiring a Site Manager to lead the Victoria Point retail site, overseeing fuel, convenience and food. You’ll own the day-to-day operations, coach a high-performing team and drive strong commercial results while safeguarding safety standards.

You’ll take a hands-on leadership approach, balance staffing with customer needs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the site.

You know how to lead from the front, bring the best out of a team and keep a busy retail operation running smoothly. You’re comfortable making decisions, solving problems and taking ownership of the results.

Freedom Fuels is looking for a Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our retail site in Victoria Point, and create a place where customers want to stop, refuel, recharge and come back again.

This is a genuine hands-on leadership role. You’ll take ownership of your site, your team, the customer experience and its commercial performance — balancing people leadership with the practical realities of running a fast-paced fuel, convenience and food retail operation.

Applicants must have a valid entitlement to work in Australia and be 18 years or older at commencement due to restrictions/requirements relating to the sale of particular products.

This position involves manual handling duties, requiring the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg occasionally and 16 kg regularly, in accordance with safe work practices.
