Job summary

Trinity Petroleum is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-moving retail site in Cairns. You’ll manage stock, cash, fuel and store presentation, and lead from the front while lifting the team around you. You’ll help run a café/kitchen people genuinely enjoy, spot issues, and implement practical fixes.

Collaboration with the Site Manager is key; your ideas shape the site’s improvement and growth. Applicants must be 18+ and physically capable of lifting up to 20 kg; weekend/sunday-Thursday

• Are 18+ and happy to get hands-on (some lifting up to 20kg)
