Trinity Petroleum Services is seeking enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Attendants to join our Innisfail team.

This hands-on, fast-paced role involves delivering friendly service, handling transactions at the console, and maintaining food safety standards in our store and forecourt. You will be part of a local team focused on presenting a welcoming environment and efficient service.

We’re seeking enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Attendants to join our Innisfail team.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be an important part of the team, helping create a welcoming and efficient store environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, personalised customer service
• Operating the console and handling transactions accurately
• Food preparation and maintaining food safety standards
• Merchandising, restocking, and stock rotation
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store and forecourt

About You

You are someone who:

• Enjoys working with people and delivering great customer service
• Has a positive attitude and strong team focus
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Takes pride in presentation and store standards
• Is reliable and flexible, with availability for afternoon and weekend shifts
• Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
