Cerebral Palsy Alliance seeks a Site Manager for Packforce at our Wetherill Park operations. You will lead a diverse team delivering paid packing, labeling and assembly services for commercial clients while upholding CPA’s mission to empower people with disabilities.

You will drive performance, rostering, and training, ensuring quality, safety and financial targets are met within a supportive workplace. This role is on-site with a focus on sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in warehouse, manufacturing or production environments.
• Proven ability to balance commercial outcomes with employee wellbeing.
• Strong rostering and workforce planning experience, with capability to meet operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Packforce site at Wetherill Park to grow a sustainable packing, assembly and labeling business.
• Manage a diverse team and ensure client and employee needs are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and commercial customers.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to align capacity with contracts and staff requirements.
• Monitor spend and ensure targets are achieved within budget.
• Oversee staff training, compliance and assessment; maintain data and rosters in systems.
