Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a Production Supervisor at our Wetherill Park operation. You will lead a team of Disability Support Practitioners, plan production schedules, supervise warehouse activities and ensure safe, on-time delivery for clients.

The role blends operational leadership with meaningful social impact within a disability-focused workplace. You will develop team capability, manage inventory and collaborate with the Site Manager to meet customer requirements while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in using warehouse, inventory or production management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production schedules in partnership with Site Manager.
• Supervise daily warehouse, production and transport activities for efficient workflow.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach and support Disability Support Practitioners to build capability.
• Manage inventory, stock control and warehouse records.
• Ensure WHS compliance, quality standards and organisational policies.
• Build relationships with commercial customers and provide progress updates.
• Support workforce planning to allocate resources across projects.
