Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a part-time Disability Support Worker to empower adults in our Home & Community service across the Central Coast region. Onboarding location is Beresfield, with travel to Wyong, Long Jetty and Umina to support clients in community and group-home settings.
You will assist with personal care, mobility, daily routines and community participation, following person-centred plans.

Primarily, these positions include community-based one-on-one support where you'll have the opportunity to directly engage with clients and encourage independence by taking them out into the community.
