• Experience leading teams in warehousing, logistics or production.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
• Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with customers and internal teams.
• Experience using warehouse, inventory or production management systems.
• Commitment to inclusion and empowering people with disability to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production schedules with the Site Manager.
• Supervise daily warehouse, production and transport activities.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and coach Disability Support Practitioners to build capability.
• Manage inventory, stock control and warehouse systems.
• Ensure WHS, quality standards and organisational policies.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide progress updates.
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation across projects.
