Job summary

Randstad is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a landmark luxury apartment development in New South Wales. You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and maintain strong client relationships on a multi-million-dollar project.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate trades, and drive the project forward with a focus on program, scheduling, and proactive site leadership. A long tenure in similar roles is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid Certificate required.
• QBCC Site Supervisor License - required.
• An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively.
• Proven experience in site management with experience delivering projects up to $100m.
• Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar.
• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
• Strong tenure is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Manage subcontractors, resources and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Lead and mentor the site team for smooth operations.
