Job summary

Hi-End Projects Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Site Manager to oversee a 12-month high-end residential build in McMahons Point, Sydney. You’ll lead on-site activities, manage budget, schedule, safety, and quality, coordinating with clients and subcontractors to keep timelines.

The role requires 5+ years of site management experience on residential/mixed-use projects, strong reading of plans, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project. A proactive leader who thrives under pressure is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Site Manager for residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.
• High-end residential experience in the 3–7 million dollar range.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and NCC compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Health, safety and environmental regulations knowledge.
• Procore and MS Project proficiency advantageous.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and drive projects to timelines.
• Willingness to work a 6-day programme.
• Contract options available if preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation and task monitoring.
• Ensure safety regulations compliance and implement procedures.
• Monitor and report project progress, identify and resolve delays.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders for effective communication.
• Oversee construction teams with guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Maintain records including project plans, budgets and site records.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
