Job summary

Landmark Group in Sydney seeks a Senior Site Manager to oversee the overall coordination and performance of large residential construction sites. You will work with the Project Manager to manage sequencing, safety, quality, and stakeholder relationships while upholding a strong site culture and accountability.

The role requires proven high-rise residential project delivery, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of WHS and site logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise residential projects.
• Experience delivering Class 2 new-build projects valued 50–100M+ AUD.
• Experience with a developer-builder is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of large, complex residential projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and site logistics.
• Work with Project Manager on sequencing and milestones.
• Ensure safety and WHS compliance.
• Maintain build quality and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Monitor site performance and manage risks.
• Build relationships with site teams, consultants and stakeholders.
• Oversee defect management and handover.
