Job summary

Shape Australia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead safe, efficient and high‑quality construction sites across Perth and southern areas. You will champion safety, manage day‑to‑day operations, coordinate trades, and drive programmes with the Project Manager to deliver complex fitout and new build projects.

You will foster strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and a positive site culture.

Qualifications

Experience as Site Manager or Supervisor on fitout/new build projects.
Strong communication, teamwork, and safety-first mindset.
Proficiency with Procore or MS Project; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Champion a safety-first culture on site, ensuring EHSQ compliance and proactive risk management.
Coordinate and lead daily site operations from establishment to handover.
Build positive relationships with subcontractors, clients, consultants and stakeholders.
Develop and track construction programmes with the Project Manager.
Maintain high on-site quality and resolve issues promptly to meet SHAPE benchmarks.
Deliver exceptional client experiences, communicating clearly and representing SHAPE professionally.
