Job summary

SHAPE Sydney is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day site activity for a landmark data centre project. You’ll coordinate people, programme, quality and safety from mobilisation to handover, reporting to the Project Manager and collaborating with clients and subcontractors.

You will bring at least five years in site management on commercial fitout, plus strong knowledge of programmes and buildability. A current CIC Card and proficiency with project delivery systems and MS Office are

Qualifications

• Five+ years of industry experience.
• Experience delivering commercial fitout projects.
• Strong knowledge of programmes, drawings and buildability.
• Commitment to Environment, Health, Safety and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site activities in line with safety, quality and delivery systems.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site meetings, programmes and deliveries.
• Review specifications and drawings to support buildable delivery.
• Maintain project records and update progress in the delivery system.
• Manage defects and close-out activities to support handover.
